Freeze Dried Ice Cream Sandwich Mint

Originally developed for the early Apollo Missions, this "space treat" is frozen to -40F, then vacuum dried and placed in a special polyfoil pouch. Freeze dried foods are used by astronauts eating under weightless conditions in space. This is a delicious mint chocolate chip ice cream sandwiched between two chocolatey wafers.

The inner paper wrapper is slit to facilitate processing. No refrigeration necessary, ready to eat!
