When Will My Order Ship?
We Ship Most Orders Within 48 Hours. Orders placed after 10:00am EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. Within the continental United States, standard shipping is via UPS Ground and USPS first class mail.
Due to continuous in store sales, quantities on the web may differ from on hand quantities from time to time but we do our best to maintain an accurate and automatically updating inventory.

In-Store Pickup Information
How Will I Know When My Order is Ready for Pickup?
When your order is ready for you to pick up, we will attempt to contact you via telephone first and then by email. Please wait for us to contact you before coming to the museum to pick your order up so that we may inspect the in stock products and confirm they are defect free and have them ready when you arrive. Coming to the store for pickup prior to our notification may result in a significant wait time, or unavailability of product due to it not passing a visual inspection of quality.
When selecting “In Store Pick Up” orders placed Friday after 10am EST, or on Saturday, or Sunday will not be available for pick up until the next business day.

Where is the Store Located Inside the Museum?
After entering the museum and passing through security, turn immediately to your left and go that direction. You will see the gift shop on your left after just a few steps. It's a pretty large area, you can't miss it!
I Have Arrived at the Store, Now What?
Congratulation! You've found the store, your order is almost in your hands! Now look for one of our checkout areas, you will see them on both the left and right sides of the stores. That is the easist way to find someone to assist you. Once you find one of our friendly team members in the store, just let them know that you placed an order online and were notified it is ready for pickup. They will take it from there, finishing up the process and making sure you get your order. Thank you SO much for ordering with us! Your orders help us to support the Museum in its mission.
Return Information
The Product Does Not Meet My Needs
You may return it for full refund-less shipping or you may exchange it for merchandise of equal or greater value.
In either case, before returning anything to us for any reason, call us for an authorization with an explanation for the return. If the return is not related to an error on our part you will be charged shipping on the exchanged merchandise. The merchandise must be accompanied by an appropriate receipt/packing slip, the authorization number, in saleable condition and in original boxes including all internal packaging materials.
Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited to the same credit card used in the initial purchase. Merchandise returned without a receipt *may* be accepted in exchange for other merchandise of equal or greater value.Refunds and exchanges on merchandise must be made within 45 days of purchase, with the exception of our A-2 jackets, which must be unworn and returned within 30 days with tag attached and the valid receipt/packing slip.
The Package Was Damaged in Shipping and Has Resulted in Damaged Product
If your package was shipped by UPS and arrives damaged please call 1-800-742-5877.
If your package was shipped by USPS and arrives damaged please call us at 1-937-256-6245.
