When I call or email , where are you located?

We don't use a remote call center. When you call or email you are speaking to someone who works in the museum for the Air Force Museum Foundation and lives locally. Most, if not all, of us are ourselves prior service or are related to someone who is prior service in a branch of the U.S. Military. We all take what we are doing and why we are doing it very seriously and are proud of what we do.

Can I suggest an apparel design or style?

Absolutely! We love hearing from our community. Send your ideas through to our Email — your concept might inspire a future release!

Do you offer exchanges or returns on apparel items?

Yes! If something doesn’t fit quite right, you can return or exchange unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.

Is your clothing true to size?

Yes! Our apparel and accessories generally run true to size. In the case of some items such as the A-2 Leather jacket, there is a size chart. If a shirt, jacket, or hoodie runs bigger or smaller than usual we will note that in its item description.

Who owns the store and the website?

The Air Force Museum Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Since 1960, we have worked to support the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force™ financially for expansions, special exhibits, restorations, enhancements, educational programs, acquisitions and more.
