The Republic F-84 Thunderjet is an American single-seat, single-engine fighter-bomber. It was one of the first jet-powered fighters in the service of the US Air Force. The flight of the prototype took place in February 1946, and by 1953, 4,450 examples of this aircraft were built. Originally it was supposed to be called P-84, but it was eventually changed to F-84.

This is the HobbyBoss model kit number 80247 in 1:72 scale. This model replicates the F-84G Thunderjet and is 161mm long with a wingspan of 154mm. This kit is intended for ages 14 and up.
