Description

Growlers have a history going back to the 1800's but the true source of the term may never really be known. Their purpose is clear though, and that is to function a bit like the "doggie bag" of the brewery world. The most popular type of growler is the type we have here made of glass with an amber color. The bottle shows the etched glass silhouette of an SR-71 along with accompanying text. This growler is made in the USA, and the markings on the bottle indicate it holds 1.89 liters of liquid.
